//circa stories - where it all began

What a question. What if? What if you didn't have to feel bad about not knowing what's next? What to do with your life? If that next decision you were about to make would make or break your career? Your life?

If you're like us, you go down this rabbit hole a lot. It's much different than that Youtube or Instagram rabbit hole you find yourself in. There's much more at stake than your phone telling you your screen activity is up by 15%. For us, we constantly think about whether we're doing enough - enough for ourselves, for our career, for our personal lives.

Am I doing enough in my job?

I should be working out more.

I should have stayed later to make that deadline.

"Oh, that book is totally on my radar! It's next."

When was the last time I read a book?

Did I even drink water today?

Can you imagine how unstoppable you'd be if you drank enough water?

That's what we're here for. We're the water for your career, for your life. We're like... if caffeine was a place. It's where you go to grind, to put your head down and work. The coworking space without the space. As your homebase for career advancement, we're providing a place online and offline for you to work on your 2.0. Your 2.0 could be furthering your current job, climbing the ladder, starting a company, or jumping ship and taking control of your career. As we learn about you and what you need to accomplish to live a full life, we curate resources in your area for you. It could be a work-motivator like finding a better workout class that fits your schedule if that gets you going. It could be finding a mentor. It could be finding a better support crew amongst non-work friends to talk s#*! about work. Whatever it is, we got you.

What's your 2.0?

The 2.0 Collective is a non-exclusionary membership network and community that is open to all ages, all careers, and all genders. The application process provides security and safety by vetting potential for growth by way of an "opt-in" process in order to make sure all those that benefit from the network will respect and give back to other members in the network.
